Please ensure you have a credit card or gift certificate number available to secure your booking. We will text or email you 1-2 days prior to your appointment, as a courtesy.

If you cannot make your appointment or think you may not be able to, we ask that you give us 24 hours notice for cancellations; 48 hours for any day packages.

No shows and last minute cancellations will not be tolerated and will result in you having to pre-pay future appointments. If you have an appointment and have tested positive for Covid or any of the variants, please send us a copy of your positive test results and your gift card will not be voided.

Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are the most popular booking times; depending on the treatment you request it may take 1 month or longer for us to book you an appointment for either of these days.  We do not offer gel/shellac/acrylic nails or polish. We will not be able to remove the ones you may have, nor apply these, so please have these removed prior to your appointment or your service(s) may be altered.

If you require the services booked to be in a specific order, please advise us of this at the time of booking. We will book you in for multiple services to the best of our ability, being mindful of surrounding appointments. This means that although a package may be written out in a certain order on our menu, it may or may not be booked in that order depending on availability on the day being booked.

Bookings & Policies

Booking your appointment

  • Inform us of any allergies, high blood pressure, or are pregnant so we can tailor your treatment(s) as best as possible.
  • An automatic 20% gratuity is added to all service(s) and/or packages on groups containing 3 or more people. This will be applied at the time of payment and applied to each person. At the time of booking, a 50% deposit will be required for all groups.


  • There are exceptions to every rule; however please be kind and understand that although we are always willing to work with you under difficult circumstances, we do have to adhere to policy rules the majority of the time. We appreciate you being understanding. Any abusive behavior over the phone or within the spa, will not be tolerated.
  • Photography, video or audio recording of any kind is not permitted within the Ahava Day Spa.  This policy is in place to protect client privacy, enhance confidentiality and maintain security.  With your safety and the safety of the Spa staff in mind we ask that you refrain from videotaping or taking photos or recordings of any kind with your camera, cell phone, smart phone, tablet or any other device.  Our staff are not permitted to give you permission to take photos or recordings within the spa facilities and are authorized to enforce this policy.

Day of your appointment

  • Arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time so you have time to park, put your items away, and relax before your spa start time. If you have not been to see use before, there will be a form or multiple forms depending on the service you are receiving to fill out. Please allow yourself time to fill these out and get settled. This way we can start your appointment on time without feeling rushed.
  • For late arrivals, we may have to shorten or modify your appointment time, as a consideration for the client(s) booked after you.
  • An open air parking lot, street parking and a covered parkade are available right close to us. There are also numerous bus routes with stops nearby, and The Bay LRT station is just 2 blocks East.

Way Spa Gift Cards

We gladly accept Way Spa Gift Cards for all your massage, facial or other spa needs! Please let us know you have Way Spa Gift Cards to use when booking. Give those to the front reception when you arrive for your appointment. Gift cards are processed and redeemed for the full card amount. Any leftover dollar amount will be put on your file as a credit to use towards service, product or gratuities.


We will call or email you the day before your appointment as a courtesy reminder; so make sure you listen to those messages and check your email! We do require 24 hours notice for cancellations; 48 hours notice for any day package cancellations. If this notice is not given, the entire treatment price will be charged and any associated gift certificates will be voided. For the time being, during this ongoing pandemic; if you have tested positive and receive your results on the day of your appointment, we will require a copy of your positive test results to cancel your appointment without voiding your gift card.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates for dollar amounts do not have an expiry date. Gift certificates for services have an expiry of 5 years from the date of purchase. There are no refunds or cash back on any gift certificate purchases. Please ask any questions prior to purchasing, so that you are making an informed and confident purchase. If you are purchasing a package as a gift and would like that person to be able to use this gift as soon as possible, we would suggest booking that appointment prior to purchasing. As stated above, if you do not show for your service(s) booked on the day of your appointment, all gift certificates will be voided.
